Welcome!

Michelle's Nails and Skin is located inside of Serenity Spa & Tanning, in downtown Madison.  The atmosphere here is much like the town of Madison itself- friendly, and laid-back with the right touch of small town charm.  Enjoy a private manicure room or a cozy facial room for your escape from the real world.  Michelle's goal is to bring to Madison many of the popular facial treatments available in your bigger towns and cities, including peels, dermaplaning, and microcurrent. Time may stand still in Madison in some respects, but skin care isn't one of them.

Due to Covid-19, Michelle's Nails and Skin and Serenity Spa and Wellness will be implementing the following guidelines as recommended by the Department of Health and Human Services and the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetology:

• temperature checks and hand washing upon arrival
• completion of a brief client- intake form
• mask compliance by service providers, reception, and clients 
• limited time in the waiting area and compliance with the 6-foot rule of social distancing
• no one other than the person receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room

Please know that we have the best of intentions with these new procedures.  We, in no way, want to cause our clients any inconvenience, nor do we want to detract from a relaxing experience.  Our goal is to protect our clients, ourselves, our community, and our individual businesses and do our part to avoid another shutdown.
