Appointments are strongly recommended!!  Because many of Michelle's services require advanced preparation, walk-ins cannot be accommodated. We recommend scheduling 1 month in advance, especially if there's a preferred day or time.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, a fee of $25 must be paid in cash and in person prior to making another appointment.  Each scheduled service is considered an appointment.  If, for example, a client is scheduled for a manicure, pedicure, then it is $25 for each serviced missedThe $25 fee applies to all services, including consultations, and services given gratis for research and/or marketing purposes. 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.  If a there is a gift certificate issued for an appointment that results in a "no-show" or a last minute cancellation, then the gift certificate will be used to cover the missed appointment.

Late arrivals or last-minute changes to scheduled appointments.

Changes made to appointments in less than 24 hours that reduce the scheduled service time will result in charges for the services originally scheduled.  For example if a client is scheduled for a Signature Manicure and decides they only want a Classic Manicure, they will be charged for the Signature. 

Late arrivals may result in the shortening of their service, but full charges will apply.
